Refund and Order Policy

IMPORTANT: Peptide Pure LLC manufactures and supplies products labeled "For Professional Use Only" exclusively to licensed healthcare professionals. Peptide Pure LLC does not provide clinical guidance or determine appropriate use. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE SHIPPED, except as provided below.
All Sales Final
Due to temperature-sensitive product requirements, all sales are final once shipped. We cannot accept returns because we cannot verify that proper storage conditions have been maintained during return transit.
Order Cancellations
Accepted only before shipment. Contact info@peptidepure.com immediately with your order number. Approved cancellations receive a full refund to the original payment method.
Manufacturing Defects
Report in writing within 14 days. Email info@peptidepure.com with:
- (a) order number;
- (b) product name and lot number;
- (c) description; and
- (d) supporting documentation.
Peptide Pure LLC will replace or refund at its sole option.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Notify within 48 hours at info@peptidepure.com with the order number, a description, and photographs. Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued only for:
- (a) pre-shipment cancellations;
- (b) verified manufacturing defects; or
- (c) verified shipping errors attributable to Peptide Pure LLC.
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable except for Peptide Pure LLC errors.
No Subscription or Automatic Renewal
Peptide Pure LLC does not offer subscription, auto-ship, standing order, or automatically renewing purchase programs. No charge is made to any payment method without a new order.
Shipping
Peptide Pure LLC ships within the United States only. Risk of loss passes upon delivery to the carrier. Peptide Pure LLC is not responsible for carrier delays.
Storage
Store per label and COA specifications. Peptide Pure LLC is not responsible for improperly stored products.
Regulatory Status and Provider Responsibility
Products are labeled "For Professional Use Only" and are manufactured materials, not FDA-approved finished drug products. "Professional Use Only" is a labeling convention used by Peptide Pure LLC. It is not an FDA designation, approval, exemption, or safe harbor, and it confers no regulatory status on any product. Peptide Pure LLC is solely a manufacturer and supplier. It is not a 503A compounding pharmacy, a 503B outsourcing facility, a pharmacy, or a healthcare provider.
The regulatory landscape varies materially by state and is changing rapidly. Several states adopted or amended compounding and bulk drug substance legislation with 2026 effective dates, including provisions restricting the use of research-grade material in compounding and imposing certificate of analysis and record retention obligations on distributors. Providers are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws in their own jurisdiction. Peptide Pure LLC strongly encourages Providers to consult qualified legal counsel before purchase.
Dispute Resolution
Governed by the Provider Terms and Conditions, including good faith negotiation, mediation, and binding arbitration.
Policy Changes
Peptide Pure LLC may modify this policy at any time. Changes are effective upon written notice. The policy in effect at the time of an order governs that order.
