Where We Ship
Peptide Pure LLC ships within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.
Orders ship only to verified professional accounts.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Custom orders that are not regularly stocked require a 21-day lead time for lot testing, COA, and shipping.

Shipping Charges
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected delivery method. Shipping charges are non-refundable except for Peptide Pure LLC errors.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss passes upon delivery to the carrier. Peptide Pure LLC is not responsible for carrier delays.
Storage and Handling
Products are temperature-sensitive and ship with cold-chain packaging where the product requires it.
- Inspect the package immediately upon receipt for visible damage.
- Store products according to label and COA specifications.
- Maintain proper temperature controls as specified.
- Damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours to info@peptidepure.com with the order number, a description, and photographs.
Peptide Pure LLC is not responsible for products improperly stored after delivery.
No Administration Supplies
Peptide Pure LLC does not sell, bundle, or supply bacteriostatic water, sterile water for injection, syringes, needles, or reconstitution kits, and provides no reconstitution, dilution, dosing, or administration instructions. No such item is included in any shipment.
Lot Documentation
The lot number appears on the product label and on the COA.
A lot-specific Certificate of Analysis is available on request at info@peptidepure.com, stating identity, content, purity, and the country in which the bulk drug substance was originally manufactured.
Returns
All sales are final once shipped. Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted due to temperature-sensitive product requirements. See the Refund and Order Policy for cancellations, manufacturing defects, and shipping errors.

All payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways. Peptide Pure LLC does not store full card numbers. Peptide Pure LLC offers no subscription, auto-ship, or automatic renewal. No charge is made without a new order.
