Use Caution With
- Pre-diabetes or insulin resistance (GH increases insulin resistance)
- Sleep apnea (GH may worsen)
- History of carpal tunnel syndrome
- Cycle on/off to avoid pituitary desensitization (typical: 12 weeks on, 4 weeks off)
